Aurulent Travel, through its ‘Enquire’ page, gathers information for the sole purpose of corresponding with its users regarding their enquiries. This information includes contact details, intended travel dates, and basic information regarding the size and composition of groups. The latter is required to establish provisional availability at lodges, and to calculate formal quotes. 

Once a proposal has been accepted, Aurulent Travel needs to capture certain information about all travellers in a group, in order to finalise lodge and transport bookings. This includes the usual travel related details, ranging from the full names of all travellers in a group, as recorded in passports or identity documents for international or domestic travellers respectively where flights are involved, to dietary preferences.

The information gathered by Aurulent Travel may be used to notify you about products and services that we think may be of interest to you. We will only do this with your consent and all such communication will have an option to unsubscribe to future notifications.

Aurulent Travel will not use your personal information for any purpose other than that stated above, and will not disclose your personal information to anybody, unless specifically ordered to do so by a court of law in the form of a subpoena or a search warrant. 

No credit card details are stored on either the Aurulent Travel website, or on the website of our online payment gateway, Virtual Card Services.
